What do I get?
You will get a freshly prepared, hot, nutritious and home cooked meal delivered to your door ready to eat! You can choose from the 3 options each day and a dessert to make up your 2 course meal
When will I get it?
We aim to deliver all meals between 11:30 and 13:00 Monday to Friday
Do I need an assessment?
No Assessment is required, just phone up or email, and order!
Can I have a meal everyday?
At the moment, we are only cooking and delivering food Monday to Friday. But, you can order as many or as little meals as you like during this period! There is no commitment or subscription, you can order as often or as occasionally as you would like
How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed over phone or by email
What if I change my mind?
Any cancellations or changes to your order require at least 24 hours notice by phone or email

Terms and Conditions
All orders must be placed before 13:30 on the Thursday, prior to the week you’d like to order for, we cannot accept any order after this deadline. Any cancellations or changes to your order require at least 24 hours notice, we will not be able to refund you or change your order if 24 hour notice is not given. If you are not in on the day or time of delivery, and no instructions have been left with the driver, your order will be returned to The Hub and if not collected by 17:00, be disposed of. If you would like to make a complaint, please get in touch with a staff member or email us at contact@penparcau.cymru for a complaints form.
Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. While we take steps to minimise risk and safely handle the foods that contain potential allergens, please be advised that cross contamination may occur, as factors beyond our reasonable control may alter the formulations of the food we serve.
